Yes. Turn on Online Ordering in your shop settings and set how many tables you have. Every table gets its own QR code. Customers scan, add items with their options and notes, and send the order straight to your team.

No. Customers scan the QR code and use the menu in their phone browser. There is no app to install and no login.

The Orders screen updates live and rings a desk bell for every new order. Waiter calls have their own chime, and orders that wait too long ring again so nothing is forgotten.

Your staff can take the order on the same menu, pick the table, and send it to the queue. It joins the table’s running bill like any other order.

Not yet. Customers pay at the counter as usual, and your team marks the table’s bill as paid, which closes it. Online payments are on the roadmap.
